Question Nine question nine
Where is your characters favourite place to be? A favourite holiday destination? A quiet spot where they can read undisturbed come rain or shine? Perhaps their favourite place is somewhere they can no longer be, or perhaps somewhere lame like wrapped up in their lover's arms. *gag*

Alexandria Romilly Drake - On Her Broom Anywhere on her broom is where Ria is most happiest. Flying gives her such an incredible sense of self. She's always felt overwhelmed as though she's somehow underperforming in life, but in the sky there's no pressure ... unless she's in a quidditch match, but then that's brilliant fun and her competitive streak just loves a fun game.
August Lexandro James - With His Mum Nothing makes Auggie happier or more comfortable than rocking up to his mum's place with a posy of flowers for her and settling in for some time with his mummy. It doesn't matter where she moves to because it's not the place that's important - it's the person, and there's no one more important in the world to him than his mummy.
Ava Sylvie D'Aureville - Hogwarts Ava doesn't have a favourite place. She's always experiencing some level of anxiety wherever she goes, but if there had to be one place that makes her feel safest, well, that could be her accommodation at Hogwarts.
Beau Atlas Belrose - Locker Rooms Before a game, after a game, win or lose, it doesn't matter, the locker room is just an incredible place where the team comes together to build one another up. Sometimes there are arguments but that happens in a family - and his team are his second family, he loves them all to pieces.
Charlotte Aoibhe Puddifoot - South Downs Way Hike There's a little place that Lottie used to hike to a lot. Val never liked it because it wasn't much of a challenge but Lottie always loved it because the scenery was spectacular. There was so much to see that she would just go alone, do little parts of it at a time. Once she's feeling up to it, after having had her twins, she's planning on making her first hike, although she's going to have to wait until the kids are all older before she attempt the whole thing in one go - 8 days from start to finish, if she makes good time - which she suspects she will not being so out of practice.
Desdemona Emilia Ann Lestrange - Riding her horse This was a tough one. Exotic holiday home or horse riding. That's not sarcasm. She loves her family's holiday homes, and some are far better than others, but there's nothing like going for a ride on her horse, galloping through meadows and jumping hedges.
Genevieve - The Shadows Eve likes to go unnoticed. She likes to live in the shadows, keeping to herself and only stepping out when she feels she needs to.
Jasper Adriel Drake - Anywhere with Emmy Jaspy just needs Emmy's company and that will be the best place in the world, hands down.
Jonathan Kane - Alice's Grave Bitter-sweet but he likes to be there to feel closer to her. He can only go when he's emotionally ready, or when he's done something terrible. He confesses all his deeds to her and imagines her advice to him, although he no longer hears her voice in his mind, it has been a long, long while since he could remember the way she sounded and he's clinging to her smile. He's lost most of her features but he can still remember her smile. He tried to draw her from memory once but it wasn't right - he's not artist.
Jovian Amara Corrine Avery - Venice She had the most spectacular weekend away there with Fin on their one year (dating) anniversary.
Kalus Iago Lear Lestrange - His Basement's Basement You don't want to know what's down there.
Lian Li - On Stage Lian loves performing. Having been apart for about five years he's really missed performing and now the band's literally back together, he's tearing up the stage like never before.
Lilith Lenore Rowle - In Bed In bed but only on the coldest of days, when it's in the minuses outside and she has her bedroom windows wide open and she's wrapped up in her blankets like a burrito, snuggled into their warmth.
Lunete Pearl Dearborn - Reading Nook Lunete has her own little reading nook in her cottage and it's her favourite place to be, especially if it's cold and raining. She'll just snuggle up in a blanket with the fire on, reading away and occasionally watching the rain.
Molly May Weasley II - The Kitchen Of The Burrow Baking in her grandma's kitchen. Perfection.
Nova Cleo Everwood-Wilder - Exotic Shores Seriously, put this gal on a sunny, hot beach with a cocktail and she's in heaven.
Ozkar Monet Nott - London Ozzy loves the nightlife in London and the bars and the restaurants and having lived there in a beautiful apartment. It's all gone now that he has to stand on his own to feet, but there was a moment in time where he had everything and that moment was in London.
Taika-Satu Kyllikki Tuuri - Outside Honestly, as long as she's outside with trees, she's happy.
Tristan Thaddeus Rowle - With Izzy *gag* Trist never knew he could fall so hard in love, but he'd do just about anything for Izzy and he loves being around her. She brightens his day. Obviously hanging out with Fin is a close second, and his Apothecaries are third - the sense of achievement and pride is not what his ego needs but they boost it anyway.
Wilhelmina A. I. Lestrange - Her Meadow Helley's never straightforward, we all know that, and her favourite place isn't one that's easy to understand. It's somewhere she used to run away to when she was younger - after she'd started Hogwarts but before she could disapperate. It's not too far from the home she was mostly raised in and she was always found when she ran away, so why did she keep on returning there if she knew she'd be found? You'd have to ask her. Her second, more normal place is her bedroom. Or it was. Since having to move it doesn't cast the same sense of serenity as it used to so she's started returning to her meadow, with some very mixed feelings, all of which end up leading to anger, so why does she keep returning? Again, you'd have to ask her.
