Honestly, given the choice, Ozzy would pull himself out of bed whenever and then go to bed whenever. He hates having a schedule, although it's done him wonders.

Tristan Thaddeus Rowle - Early Bird
Not that Tristan is up and out of bed immediately, he takes a little while to get out of bed, but he just can't do late nights - at least not too often. He's usually asleep before 23:00.

It's hard to tell with Helley. She works herself into the ground, staying up for days or just surviving on naps or minimal sleep. If she sleeps for too long she'll have nightmares and she tries to avoid those if she can.
